Not use it then or turn down settings, both are better options?
Few games that are demanding don't have a form of dlss in game these days and it is not an opinion that lossless sucks, it is objectably awful, it is very blurry and adds a bunch of lag / latency, you are far better off lowering settings than using it, it will look better and play far better.
I have a similar build ready to drop it in, had to stick the old 3080Ti in to set it all up.

It had a pretty solid improvement tbh, the 4090 was a bit of an outlier in reality, the rest of the range didn't have as much progress, but, again, still solid gains.
The point we are at with manufacturing technology means until we move off of silicon, gains will be smaller unless you want cards to use double the power and cost 4x as much becayse they just throw in enormous chips.
Also, it's really only the enthusiasts who upgrade every generation, so if you are on a 10, 20, 30 series the 50 is a much larger improvement.
AMD on the other hand is rumoured to have no uplift whatsoever.
Did you get a sponsorship? You're technically supposed to disclose that if you did y'know. >_>
But what can I say? They're high end parts. Blessed be ye with good fortune.
Team Green Eyed Jealousy. :-P
I am upgrading from a 4070 SUPER which is a 1440p GPU to a 5090 which is now the best 4K GPU available.
The 5090 is 20% faster on average (sometimes more) than the 4090 which is still an absolute beast of a GPU.
Now with the 5090 and multiframe gen and DLSS 4 gamers can experience 4K gaming at 200+ fps, something that was completely unimaginable few years ago.
If that is not enough amazing performances for you then I don't know what to say...
Will try to OC but I don't expect massive gains from the 5090 which is already overclocked by MSI, also overclocking the 9800X3D doesn't really give much gains either. Either way maybe the silicon lottery gifted me with something great lol.
I am not sponsored by MSI my dude. I already had the AIO and the PSU. I got lucky to secure the 5090 GAMING TRIO OC so I decided to go with a full MSI build.
There's also some pcie slot bios settings issue several reviewers had debauer, pauls hardware and some others.
Might be an issue with gsync on if you get lag spikes?
Watch power connector seating/temperatures ...... again.

or a molten power connector
Turn down settings?
That is a hard no.
You have such a hatred fro lossless scaling. It is bizarre and kind of amusing.
As I said, you are free not to use it.
The results of it are subjective.
So what,
I have neither.
I new GPU upgrade for a slightly better quality frame!
have you checked the prices?
Even the RTX 4000 cards, which I already have a poor opinion of, are going up in price.
Odds are they were not fully pressed on, on gpu or psu end.
No way would I run a 12vhpwr on both ends with how finickity it can be, especially if your cables, are tight on space, I'll stick with my cable mod 4 8 pins to 12vhpwr, one of those horrible connections is too many in my system as it is lol
I personally doubt that people who can afford 5090 don’t understand how to plug a cable. If it were user errors mostly then we would see more reports from lower end and more popular cards.
