Only One Display Port Working at a Time?
This only recently happened and I have no idea why... .For whatever reason I can now only have one monitor plugged into any single display port on my 4070. I can have one DP and one HDMI connected at once and that's it. It won't let me connect another display to the HDMI port on my motherboard either. I know I don't NEED 3 monitors but that's not a reason to not let me do it.. What are some options I can try? The only thing I can possibly think of is I somewhat recently started using a vertical GPU PCIE extension but it was working fine a few weeks ago.. Could it be possible that it just has a loose connection? I con't want to start yanking ♥♥♥♥ out until I know for sure it may be the cause of the issue. Thanks anyone for suggestions.

You try different cables?
You ensure you press WINKEY+P and switch to Duplicate or Extend; after plugging in another display into the dedicated GPU to ensure it's not just staying off in stand-by mode?

winkey + p or use gpu control panel to enable the displays

depending on the gpu, bios may only post one display

Oh my god I love you lmao. I don't have any earthly Idea how "second screen only" got enabled in the first place but it was.. I'm so glad it was that simple and not corrupt drivers or my GPU dying. Thank you!

Thank you! It was somehow on "second screen only" mode when that display was enabled. No idea how that happened, but alas, it was.
Ok and then you can go to Windows Display Settings and change the Display # in order to rearrange their order without having to physically move them around
