It'll probably say something unhelpful, like "the shutdown was unexpected" if it was an overheat or brownout, but it can give clues about unrecoverable driver crashes or ram errors or hard drive starting to fail.
Whether the PSU is bad or something else unsafe triggered the circuit is anyone's guess without metric data.
That suggests heat but I don't believe it is. The psu circuit protection will trigger if a short is detected in power rail, (time delay on reset). That said it could be heat related if psu has been around for 8 years and is dusty inside.
Personally, I would not worry if its just a one off event but if it repeats I would consider replacing the psu. Defective units are not worth the risk to keep.
Ok it just crashed after 10 minutes of avatar and another time during interrnet.
Now it says KERNEL POWER error in event viwer

Go download Memtest and put it on a USB, run a test with at least 2 or 3 cycles. It will take a few hours but it will tell you if your memory is faulty or not. Memory being cheap is why it's the best place to start diagnosis.
Windows told me my memory was fine the last two times it failed. Windows has no idea if your memory is fine or not. Use the specialized MemTest you can find online. A quick google will get you the information you need.
. He said that becuase it happend two times in 2 days he can not understand what the problem is.
but form my personal experience with pcs since 1996 wheni got my first pc ik now that when a pc parts start breaking, that at frist the pc may crash one or two times the day and later it does it all the day all the time. He said ot watch it and ot tell him if it starts doing all the time.
And then go it to ta pc shop/techicnaian to test the pc and see whatt he problem ia because to make sure if it is the psu or the motherboard or ram because the error that it showed on event vewier i read that it could means one of those 3 components.
Another thing that doesn't make sense is the fact that the tech left without fixing the problem.
"He didn't find the problem" then wtf did you hire him for? If he can't fixed it? This is incompetent, low-effort, borderline scam, etc..
