If you really want a prebuilt system, Starforged systems seem good. They got a good review when Gamers Nexus reviewed a prebuilt from them.

be sure to select store location at the top
When I buy a whole new PC I'll go with them again. Quality company.

Prebuilds? No, never do that. You can walk through the store, pick out all your parts and have them assemble and test it all for you. There's your build, done right.
Why can't you build it yourself?
If you can see and can read and can physically handle the parts, then you can build a PC. All the help in the world is all online for free.
Good builds? I see them using a Hyper212 EVO on a 9700X; this tells me right there they are complete idiots.
For Canada, it's Canada Computers which works very similarly to Microcenter
As a Canadian, yeah I recommend Canada Computers. They also can assemble a custom PC for you. Just pick your parts and go.

Yes they can build it, test all the parts, install your OS. However I would advise if you are going to use Win11, make your own Win11 24H2 USB flash drive and before boot to it, disable LAN and WIFI in BIOS. Then boot from this USB and once installed and it asks to select a country pick an EU country so your Win11 will then allow uninstall options for things like Edge and OneDrive.
