I can't set a custom resolution in nvidia control panel
Hello, please help me solve the problem. The thing is that I bought a new monitor and wanted to set my custom resolution on which I play CS - 1800x1440 (5:4), on which I have been playing for 2 years. But why is my custom resolution button grayed out? I updated the video card drivers (both manually and via the NVIDIA app), I even swapped different versions. I looked at all the guides, but it didn't help - I don't have such a tab for DSR, I reset the 3D settings. Please help me solve this problem - the previous monitor was 2k 144 hz, now it's 2k 380 hz. Video card RTX 3070.

you would also need to enable gpu scaling if the monitor does not natively support the res
center will letterbox (add black bars to top and bottom)
scale will scale it to height or width and letterbox to top or bottom
stretch will distort the image further so it fits height and width

worst case use ddu to wipe the drivers in safe mode so it clears all previous settings
then reboot and reinstall them without internet connection so windows doesnt try to install different drivers

disable DSC to be able to create the custom resolutions, once created launch the game to verify that they are available to select, then you can re enable DSC so that you can play @ 380hz.
If you are using a laptop, make sure your iGPU is enabled because Nvidia's driver cannot access the display on the laptop without the iGPU being enabled.
on laptops the igpu amd or intel runs the displays

you need to use their controls panels to create the non native res
