Nvidia 50 series cards on the way...

What are you thoughts on this card? Will we have another 2020 GPU market craze again? That seems to good to be true to have a "4090 performance" for a 5070 and under $600USD but I have a feeling those cards will not be had for that price.

But they are mostly using upscaling to achieve those numbers. Pure rasterization is no longer the way to produce high FPS.

I feel like for the most part. Developers don't even optimize games that much anymore and just rather rely on the GPU features like DLS and Frame Generation instead of optimizing their games. I seems pointless to upgrade when hardware is only as good as the software. That's how it feels anyways.

I am probably still okay with my 3070 Ti, but I wished Nvidia will offer more VRAM on their 70 class cards. My 3070 Ti is going to age like milk because of the 8 GB VRAM limitation.

NVidia has an amazing marketing.
5070 will not have 4090 performance. It will have similar FPS in selected games with new 4x frame generation.
We need to wait for independent reviews and benchmarks for real data of raw performance.

Over hype for fake frames, sure someone be jumping for joy on that. It's to be expected that there be small improvements over last gen, and TDP getting higher. Only thing that was ok was lowering prices from 80 that got biggest price reduction of $200, and 70ti & 70 only $50, 90 just went $400 up for MSRP.

Anyways expect cards to be sold out same with 40xx, and 30xx where scalpers be jumping on it for 1st batch.

There will be no Windows 13, they are skipping it like they did with 9 because it is considered
