PC Game Disk won't run
recently bought colin mcrae rally 3 on PC, installed it fine after following instructions, however whenever i try to boot up the game im met with "do you want to allow this app to make changes on your hard drive?" i click yes, and nothing happens. im not sure if it's something about it being on a C hard drive or if ive done something wrong. what can i do?

game tries to install safedisc service, which is blocked on win10 + win11.

looks like that's what I'm missing, thank you
You shouldn't be buying any disc games if you have Win10/11. Many of those used SafeDisc orothers which will be forced refused to run in those OS

Sometimes you should. Especially playing with trainers. Also non cd dvd patch should apply.

Only way to bypass SafeDisc Securerom to using non cd dvd patch. Those days are gone but media on hands.
