You ALWAYS have to check if amazon has the stock, so it has to say ship and sold BY amazon otherwise it could be anything from some dude on the other side of the world.
I've checked your link and it doesn't say shipped from amazon but some guy called AMEISEYE
You might be able to collect from amazon though cause they have some kind of responsibility because it was on their site (and it's still is)

what some people don'[t realize is that if the "seller, amazon or walmart or whatever" doesn't get you a refund , and you have payed with a mastercard/visa debit/credit card , you can also lean on them as they back their transactions aswel , just because amazon says it will not refund for whatever reason , you still have the option to go to mastercard/visa and invalidate the payment , which costs the retailer even more money if they decide to refund your transaction , that's why amazon/ebay/walmart are so liberal with their refunds , because they know that if you push the issue with MC or Visa , it's going to cost them even more money.
To me an extra $50 doesn't matter a whole lot for peace of mind.
Best Buy has the scammers also. And of course ebay.
