Or set to DC and they will run at full speeds, at least at system power up. Once it reaches the OS and loads your Motherboard software, within their you can manually set your Fan RPM on a per header basis if you like. However it is highly suggested to leave the CPU fan header on PWM.

I just can't stand Jay anymore he's a sell-out loser.
It doesn't control anything though. It doesn't do anymore then HWMonitor or what is already monitored via something like MSI Afterburner.
Just right click on a fan under the "controls" section, then you can set it to either default or manual and set the %
With that, and the source code available, it shouldn't be difficult to write a small program / service that will set the power of a case fan based on the gpu temp
He's not the best but the video does give a good idea of what the software can do. Which is way better than Asus Fanxpert and Armourycrate. Now need S***crate ti use FanXpert and Set fans then save and even Backup Armoury crate do a fresh install and restore S***crate and nbo fan profies. Have to set them all up again. Hell if you switch 1 fan or add 1 new fan and the whole fan profile needs to be reset again, 6 months after I first complained and its still the same.
The FanController software suggested and linked
Has no issues
Can save locally so we people with 2 IQ can actually put it somewhere we can retrieve it for later loading.
See names of previous saved versions not have to try to enter 1 and be told it's in use
Can overwrite previouslly saved configs with same name
Add or switch out a fan without no problem and no need to redo the entire fancurves for every bloody fan,
Flash bios = no problem. no need to redo the entire fancurves for every bloody fan
