No PC case in black. Help me choose green or blue case
After a tortuous search for a both a functional and beautiful e-atx case, I finally settled on the Thermaltake core P6. No one can deny the Core series of cases are special. While the P6 is not officially an e-atx case it'll fit one no problem, with some minor over hang. A 3090, 4090 and 5090 is not a problem for this case either.

I assumed I'd be able to get one in black, but alas, only green and blue coloured ones are available. While the coloured cases are lovely in their own right, and actually I like them both, however, there is nothing in my setup that isn't black. Black everything! Mouse, keyboard, monitor, desk and all my components are black!

Do you guys think it would be a mistake to buy a blue or green case in my situation? Does anyone have an eye for aesthetics, that can find a way to make either a blue or green case work in my circumstance?

Why not do one of the newer PC ATX frame cases that's very minimal colored bezel and mostly glass and outfit it with RGB fans and put them all to the color of choice? That way if you get tired of Blue you can change it.

Good decent cases don't exactly have color choices like that anymore for the metal case framing

Thank you, that's a good idea, but which brand and model do you mean? Maybe I haven't looked wide enough, but I literally looked at all the major brands. Not many open frame cases are available but the Core series seems to be the best known. There is a P3 model in red that I'd buy in a blink of an eye if it was available in the P6. The blue and green makes me hesitate. I can get every Core model in black except for the P6.

I feel like I'm troubling everyone over a minor issue but I do want to get it right.

It's in black on amazon for me, but it's just a 011 copy it seems to me, or the all glass / open one just seems a bit limited for cooling, with fast memory having no where to get airflow from.

It just doesn't look all that good to me, plus, it's thermalfake, so odds are fans will due and it's badly built like all there stuff fir the past 20 years.
For open cases, maybe take a look at the P5.

How the case reflects in the window across other windows. Some windows have special tinting for spectrum.

Perhaps have a light source that could create heat spots on specific shock treatment or paint jobs?

Is there a texture as if something sprayed it on through steel wool or some other filter?
for instance a used brass/gold donut in a microwave from the emitter hoping to catch some filaments to make the thing twinkle and look radioactive?

Mesh for fans or slotted so it has gaps?

This would have been much easier 10 years ago. You could always pick up a used case in your local market and paint it yourself. Two base coats of whatever color you want and a coat of clear.
