RIP Nvidia. COOKED.
The 5080 thing isn't relevant as TPU did enter those values into their database manually and had a mistake (GB203-400 has 112 ROPs, GPU-Z pulls that data through the driver)
But the 5090 issue is alarming and if someone bought a 5090 and its missing ROPs. look into RMAing the card
