you can build the same good PC on ATX and microATX case
it's only matter of taste
Micro-ATX mobos tend to have less NVME slots and SATA ports and cheaper ones have weak VRM shielding and power delivery meant only for 65W CPUs.
Oh don't forget GPU sag or usually called GPU bended pci-e x16 lane on motherboard situation, this is biggest problem of them all
but its nice to have the extra room of full atx or e-atx
if the cases are close in price, and you have the space get the full atx
and the mobo mfgs tack on wifi and other features since the board does not have room for the extra pci-e slots
