Does clearing the browser cache/passwords/cookies etc clear data?
Hey so i have my emails, etc saved in the browser , if i want to wipe the data - does clearing the cache/cookies/passwords in edge browser remove the data? so if someone stole my computer can they see my email address.

also i noticed steam has a "clear" data option near steam guard does this do the same also remove steam data?

Dont delete cookies as Steam Client requires the cookie to launch .

Probably they can and will see it in the hard way.
But most thieves aren't that interested in getting into someone's laptop data and start looking for all stuff and bla bla bla. They'll probably wipe the disk, reinstall Windows, and resell it.

those account have a fail safe tights to the IP address which mean if your laptop gets stolen, usually if the IP is different than when you login , they will asking authentication again

therefore , 2way auth., which your phone is more importanter than your account and password,

i noticed in my ms account it has a "bitlocker key" if i remove this key and the laptop gets stolen that means they can't decrypt the SSD right? since i would wipe my device from my MS account.

Use something like CCleaner so you can white-list cookies for sites you use often that require a login, such as Steam, Email, etc. And use such tool to allow better wipe options for various items.

Be mindful that such tool might wish to delete GPU Shader Cache (Cache for GL/DX apps) uncheck this box to avoid having yo redo the Shader Compile Warmup during various game launches.
