run adwcleaner
https://www.malwarebytes.com/nl/adwcleaner
also install revo unistaller
https://www.revouninstaller.com
just a note on revo it is good but do not go willy nilly clicking yes on everything when uninstalling things/cleaning look what it is removing and use logic if the keys are called oovi appc then you know it is that if you see it in jarbled hoifa890hg98has98hf then that might also be something you want gone but just read what you remove
revo unistaller can brick your os because the method is very aggresive and finds every file the application installed or made but also some that the program needs issue is with the needs while alot of things are whitelisted in revo so often this is not a issue some dependencies created after a fresh windows install can be broken with revo because that file or entry is used by other applications aswel
but yeah as long as you read you are not at risk and you can always do the clean yourself instead of letting revo do it by checking what revo finds and its location
also i would recommend using windows sandbox in your browsing habit because its a volatile vm meaning if you press close it is wiped from existence and a new one is created when you open windows sandbox again you can enable it by going to start and typing " turn windows features on or off" in there you just check the box for windows sandbox and reboot the system when asked then after your back in windows type windows sandbox in startmenu when you need it i would pin it to your taskbar makes it less of a hassle
keep sites like youtube and facebook and such on your browser and anything else you search in windows sandbox launch unknown programs in windows sandbox aswel
