It's better than both the 2060 and 3050, but costs a similar price.
but it's also 100-200$ more expensive
the 2060 is a decent choice, forget about the 3050 at those prices.

Though that said I am not sure I would recommend opting for a 2060 in the first place if a 3060 can be found for a competitive price.
The 1050ti doesn't begin to compete with the cards you listed anyway. At best the 1050ti is on par with a 4gb GTX 680, whereas the RTX 2060 is about on par with a GTX 1080. The 2060 is about 15% ahead of the 3050, and the RX 6600xt is about 30% ahead of the RTX 2060.
There are both a 6gb and 12gb version of the RTX 2060.
I would look for an RX 6600 (non-XT), or check around a bit more for a deal because Graphics cards prices have been slowly dropping. The 6600 appears to be around $500aud and this would be a good card if you're not going to use DLSS.
Is there a discord for tracking GPU stock in Australia? There are a few YT channels and Discords that track GPU stock in the US and Canada. Yesterday I saw a 3050 going for $300usd at EVGA's website, and I've seen the 3070ti going for $700 here and there. Deals like this go quick so pcpartpicker can't keep up.

I'm not going to overcloack my system.
Someone in pcpartpicker put two 140mm noctua fans and one 120mm Corsair fan for 2060 build.
You can easily get the answer by yourself by looking at YouTube.
Type something like ''RTX 2060 vs 6600 xt''.
Here is 1 example-

By looking at those YouTube videos, you will be able to know not only which card has more performance, but also how much more performance.
So that you can justify your money.
If you count only value, then GTX 1050 Ti is the absolute value king. So, should you buy it?
Once it gets down to close to MSRP, I'll probably get an RX 6800 XT one of these days. Though I'd also have to replace the PSU as well.
