Highly doubt you'd find one for $400-500 AUD
If you really must go the 2060 route, then look at the 8GB models; not the 6GB models.

In fact, I find AMD Adrenalin driver to be pretty stable now, plus it has a snazzy lookin' UI and utility to tweak and monitor my cards (RX VEGA64 and RX 6900 XT)
RTX 2060 and RTX 3050 are almost the same in performance, but if you can buy RX 6600/XT for 500$, this will be better
DLSS even the 2060 handles fantastically, it is not a heavy operation on the tensor cores. Let's not spread misinformation, the 2060 can realize massive performance gains, in some cases with double the framerates.
But heck, I would say my 2080 Super doesn't handle RTX very well either. It's a huge performance hit regardless. But DLSS is the real killer feature IMO.
You can have the same thing for your 6600XT. Its called FSR and FSR 2.0 is coming soon.
And ignore the dlss fodder. Fsr has gen 2 around the corner that will be very close with DLSS, and vendor agnostic tech that works on all modern cards that is just as good as DLSS is now baked into at least one gfx engine (TSR*).
Tbh, at 4k, I prefer that sharper edges of FSR over TSR*, but in stills TSR* is a more or less direct DLSS alternative and is the same tech FSR 2 will be using.
What res is your monitor? For 1080P, suspect 1080P as you're on a GTX 650 Ti, then the RX 6600 is all you need as it can handle a vast majority of games at that res natively (prolly with some at High, and some with mix of Med+High graphics ingame setting, depending on the game engine of course). Do remember, some game engines are hardware agnostic, meaning not needing specialized proprietary hardware like nVidia's Tensor cores. Unreal 5 engine uses its own upscaler in the form of TSR and runs fine on both AMD and nVidia hardware.
Well I think the whole idea was that you would use Ray Tracing, which does obviously lower overall FPS. Then to combat that, enable and configure DLSS to raise the FPS back up again.
