A10-5800K (Amd is much cheaper than intel), 8 gigs of ram, and a graphics card with 2 gigs ram(in the graphics card) minimum for that price id chose between nvidia Gtx 660 or amd 7790 but these are from quick searches online so RSEARCH benchmarks for the games you want to play with the parts

Majority of premades at that price level are complete ripoffs that attempt to screw you one way or another with poor quality or weak parts. You most likely cant get anything even close to this build when you go for premade.
VIBOX Ultra Package 11A - 3.9GHz AMD Quad Core, Home, Office, Family, Gaming PC, Multimedia, Desktop PC, USB3.0 Computer Full Package with 1x Game Bundle, 22" Monitor, Speakers, Keyboard & Mouse Set and 16GB USB Pen Drive (New 3.9GHz (4.2GHz Turbo) AMD A8 6600K Fast Quad Core APU Processor, Powerful Radeon HD8570D Integrated Graphics Chip, 1TB HDD Hard Drive, 8GB 1600mhz RAM, No Operating Software)
It has speakers, keybord, mouse and moniter for £475 or $800.
Not really, it's AMD APU with no dedicated graphics card. Only good for indie games or stuff that is 5-10 years old. And certainly not BF4 unless you run it on some really low resolution, no chance with 1920x1080.
VIBOX Centre Package 4SW - 4.0GHz AMD Quad-Core, Gaming PC, Multimedia, Desktop PC, Computer Full Package with 1x Top Game Bundle, Windows 8.1, 22" Monitor, Speakers, Keyboard & Mouse Set (New 4.0GHz AMD, Athlon Quad-Core Processor, 2GB AMD Radeon R7 240 Graphics Card, 1TB HDD Hard Drive, 16GB 1600MHZ RAM)
Just do it yourself... research what you're doing first. YouTube videos of people putting together builds with your case and also with your motherboard. It's daunting but it's not that hard with some research.
most parts are static resistant
touching the case is enough to discharge any static
and handle parts by the grounds
good ground points
case, all (minus buttons/connectors)
psu, shell
mobo, edges, screw holes, io panel
cpu, edges and heatsink
ram, heatsink and 3edges - edge connector
cards, edges - edge connector and io panel
Pentium G3420
geforce gtx 750, r7 260 or 260X if you can afford it.
cheapo B85 mobo, don't get h81 chipset, because those have so little features. B85 is only a couple of bucks more and has more features.
I would NOT recommend getting an r7 240, because that is the same as apu graphics so why not just get an apu.
