Should i buy this pc and upgrade it in the future, or pass?

AMD Radeon HD 7670 2GB > Upgrading it to Sapphire Radeon R9 270X 2GB GDDR5 DVI-I/DVI-D/HDMI/DP Dual-X with Boost and OC Version PCI-Express Graphics Card.

There is no point doing this, it would cost you about $800 combined. For that money you can put together brand new i5 PC yourself that would have lot better quality parts and more powerful CPU even without overclocking:

And the PC you linked has tiny 300W power supply so you would need to switch out this too.
Also crappy case that might not even fit long R9 270X card and 160 mm high CM 212 EVO.
Also $300 for R9 270X is insane price, you can get it for $200.

If you dont have money to buy PC for $800 right away then you can put same PC I linked together but without the graphics card and use i5 integrated graphics until you have money to get the R9 270X.

I say noooo. Manly because it has the FX8100 SERIES! the one means that it is useing the buldozer aritecture, in general the worse aritecture ever constructed.

Get an fx 8300, it uses the better piledriver cores. Even though their also not the greatest, their definantly better than buldozer.
