Just tone it down to an fx6300 and get a nicer case or a better Gpu.

If you are on a strict budget then this Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P is basically Gigabytes decent entry level 970 chipset board and it is $75.

I also added a CPU cooler which isn't entirely necessary but because the FX 8320 runs pretty warm and the case you chose only has 1 rear fan included. I changed the GPU to an EVGA 750 Ti FTW w/ ACX Cooling. It has a higher clock and the cooler is just as good if not better than the Asus for the same money.
I'm all for both intel and AMD. But i5 still would be the wiser choice because, 1, you would need to do crazy multitasking to take advantage of amd octo cores. And 2nd, amd fx 8000 series in a way are NOT 8 cores. Ok, technically they are, but two cores work together in a module. So they are not true octo core cpus.
pppppshhhhhaaahh. Cases are overrated. Some of the caseless-case mods are impressive. Better air flow too.
One word, Kernel.
Also Intel > AMD (for CPU), Stock cooler fine unless OC and case is least important. (all my personal opinions).
Strictly depends on what games.
