And compared to GTX 760 the 770 is not really worth it as upgrade, the difference in power is not that big. Would probably go for 780 instead or wait for new GTX 800 series cards.
Yeah, but money is an issue. I Do not want the i5, even if it is better than the fx6300, it is a quad core, and I do not want to downgrade. I am going to get a i7 4770k and gtx 780 in November for Cyber Monday, unless something else I see is better and price right.
Here is what I just ordered

Ill use my 16GB Vengeance ram, gtx 760*i also have a xfx 7870 in my a10 apu* and slap aclean copy of windows 7 on. This will run Watch Dogs just fine. That was why I rushed the pc build LOL. Thanks for your insignt however!
Also the 7704gb would have helped in a 3monitor set up, but dual monitors are fine as well.

that would be an upgrade
In gaming only yes, but the 8350, on paper, blows it away when live streaming. I do a LOT of streaming and a ton of video editing, so I am willing to give up 1 to 5 fps to gain the editing /streaming power I need. And I really want an i7 4770k & gtx 780ti. So I will save for that. I do fine on editing and gaming with my current cpu, I can play BF4, dayz, planetside 2, on various settings anywhere from 20 to 120 fps. But I want to play H1Z1 & Watch dogs.
I know intel out performs amd and is usually better optimized for games. I am not a fan boy of either. I am a HUGE fan of getting the most for my money. Until I can afford to drop an extra $1200 or so on the mobo, cpu and gpu i want, the 9350 seemed the affordable choice, The GTX 760 will handle most everything atm, I need more money. Always need more money LOL.
