Razer Deathadder 3500dpi 3.5G

So I recently bought the Razer Deathadder from Ebay and the mouse is working and everything but when I installed Razer Synapse 2.0 it says please connect a Razer Synapse 2.0 Enabled Device. I tried downloading other drivers on the Razer website but I get no mouse detected. When I open device manager and look under mouse, the mouse is listed as HID-Compliant mouse. So I am unable to change any settings on this mouse and guessing this mouse is a fake and not real?

I only buy PC hardware brand new from good retailers like Amazon. I would never use eBay. At least you didn't get a brick in a box. lol

Yeah so I am just going to dispute this through paypal. You think I would need to return the items to the seller?

return it. I got a fake one as well with the exact same serial number. I returned it on Amazon, bought a 2013 DeathAdder from a reputable seller that was fulfilled by Amazon and rever looked back.
