It should be under Advanced Chipset options in most BIOS's.
If it is working at 1600 just leave it, unless it is causing problems.

If you have a 1600 setting then your PC can run it at that setting..
667 Mhz is 1333 Mhz DDR.
Memory is "quad pumped". So you have to take what the mhz is in the bios, then multiply it by 4 to get the true mem speed.
yeah well i got my monitor to work,and when i turned my computer on it said something like overclocking failed,or overvoltage failed,and the new ram didnt work
