GTX 770 vs GTX 760
Which is the more wiser (financially and technically) upgrade purchase for my current system.

My specs are located here http://valid.x86.fr/m2pnem

I only game at 1080p (maybe 1440p in the future) on a single monitor. My motherboard and case setup does not have room for 2 GPUs so sli is not possible as a future upgrade.

GTX 760 is the best gpu for the money. However, the gtx 770 will last you for probably another year than the 760. Since u can't do sli.

I'm checking the market right now and the GTX 770 on average is about 70 dollars more expensive than GTX 760.. is that 70 dollars worth the extra performance?

Yeah, get the gtx 770 if it is only 70 bucks more. I recomend the evga and gigabyte brands (however all are good).

The PNY appears to be the cheapest, are those any good :squirtooh:?

Never used PNY graphics cards. The big thing when looking for video cards is if their reliable.

I'm currently running on an EVGA gtx 770 and it's a very good card. If you can afford it, then get it. If still not sure, check the benchmark between those too cards and see the difference in fps make it worth the extra money.

GTX 770 can run everything out there maxed out on one 60 Hz 1920x1080 monitor, majority of games on 60-70 fps. Some most demanding games like Crysis 3 and Metro Last Light 30-50 fps.
GTX 760 can also run most of games maxed out but with around 30 fps and you would need to tone down effects on some more demanding games.
I would recommend GTX 770, solid card for one monitor and lasts for a while.
EVGA, ASUS, MSI and Gigabyte are most reliable brands for graphics cards.
