Ok, I figured it out, apparently my Q button has become very sensitive, if I put the tip of my finger on the button my laptop immidiatly starts typing the Q button.
most laptop keyboards can be replaced fairly easily
if its under 1yr old, contact the mfg, and see if they can send a new keyboard for it
or over that, look up the notebook brand/model and get a keyboard from ebay or amazon ect..
Just started my laptop back up and the issue is still there.
And _I_ I think this laptop is currently 2 and a half years old.
