¿Would you recommend me to unpark my CPU cores?

I'm interesting in this since I would like to have more FPS in BF3/4 and RS/RO2 both CPU heavy games. Now, not giving atention about consuming more energy: ¿Are there any negatives consequences that would affect my PC?

There should be no negative consquences as you can always enable core parking again. I don't see a difference otherwise.

Two questions. Soon I will be formating my PC, I want to have my CPU and this thing of parking cores set at default settings: Do I have to set it back to default settings before format my PC or can I just format it?

Is this of core parking a Bios/in CPU configuration or just a Windows thing?

what cpu exactly is it? no point in doing it on a dual core pentium.... what windows version? 8 doesnt have core parking
