The important part CL7 timing at 1.5 volts - which is great, fast, standard voltage and accepted for most motherboards (you might wish to flash your BIOS to the latest for support of newer memory modules). The Dominator is designed for Quad Channel (normally runs at higher voltage too), but can still be used in Duel Channel. The higher heat sinks will allow for better cooling and overclocking capability (not that you should need to overclock). The Vengeance - low profile will fit in tighter height areas (if you don't have the room for large heatsinks in your case or going to put your own heatsink block / liquid cooling on top of the memory).
Also, ensure the XMP (extreme memory profile) is selected correctly under your BIOS once memory has been installed (some people miss this and it could default to lower settings). Enabling XMP profile will set your memory multiplier and timings to their correct rated/optimal listings.
Computer Spec:
MSI Z87-GD65 GAMING Motherboard
Asus AMD Radeon HD 7970 Direct CUII (3gb GDDR5) Overclocked @1000 Mhz Crossfire
Intel i7 4770k @ 3.5ghz with H60 2013 edition
Mushkin 16gb DDR3 RAM @1333 Mhz Latency 9-9-9-24
1TB HDD
Samsung Pro 840 512gb SSD
1333 cl9 to 1600 cl7 is about 50% faster (uber didnt add the lower latency)
to compare speed/cl = value (higher = better)
if you were doing rendering/vm/video encoding it would make a larger difference
