Memory 6 GB DDR3

Hard Disk Drive 500G

the apu will work good enough
but tf2 likes fast cores over more cores

get an i3/i5/i7 laptop with a gtx card if you can afford one
litterally every intel i3 laptop available has a stronger CPU then that. the graphics are decent, but when looking at low end you always need to consider that their are hardly any options to turn down to reduce the CPU load. so you make the choice between being able to play 75% of games pretty good, and not even being able to play the others at all, or being able to play 100% of games at lower settings.

So basically, look for a laptop i5 with whatever dedicated graphics you can get, although if you can't find any, the integrated on the i5-3XXXM and i5-4XXXM are good enough for most games at low-medium settings. so if your just looking for playble, then those may be better options if nothing else comes up.
