Optimise Realtek PCIe GBE ?

Hello,

for people who are specialist of network optimisations.
This is in windows OS.
I am trying to find best properties for the Ethernet card.

Properties are :
802.1 VLAN Tagging
Autodisable PCIe
Autodisable PHY
Checksum Offload
Flow control
Green ethernet
Jumbo frame
Marge send offload
Network address
shutdown wake on lan
speed and duplex
wake on lan capabilities
WOL and shutdown link speed

Do you know what are the best values ?

auto and defaults for all of them is perfect

its best to disable windows from allowing it to sleep
check the power mangement tab and untick allow the computer to turn off this device to save power

speed and duplex = 1 giga full duplex
wake on lan = off
