SAPPHIRE R9 280X TOXIC OWENERS ?

Hi
I have a sapphire r9 280x toxic and its getting artifacts and other weird texture flickers , im on my second card as i sent the first one back for a replacement as it had those issues but my new one has them as well ???
I also heard that other people have them as well.......

So do you guys who have a toxic or just a normal r9 280x card experiencing any of these issues ??

My system :
Asus z87 - A
Intel i5 4670k (stock speeds) + noctua d14
Sapphire r9 280x toxic (Stock speeds)
Corsair Vengeance LP 8GB 1600mhz
Corsair RM 750w PSU

What brand and model is your power supply? What types of temperatures are you seeing from the card when under full load? Are you overclocking the card; and if so what are your memory clocks? How about RAM, what brand and model is your RAM and are you overclocking the RAM?

We need a complete rundown of your system and what settings you're using.

I'm assuming you've performed a clean install of the GPU drivers?

yes i have and im not overclocking my card , I dont know what temperatures i get but my card manages to get to the 4 stage of heat on the cards indicators so i think my temperatures are about 70C

Use HWmonitor to monitor temps and you won't have to guess.

Hi,
Does your artifacts appearing kind of flickering chessboard that only affect in a small area?

i get proper really artifacts which make the game unplayable and also the ones they you say (the pixalated ones)
