[SOLVED] Razer Blackwidow Ultimate key problem
My right arrow key isn't functioning properly. It would usually take me 5 key presses for the key to move the curser to the right. This problem has only begun to happen recently (and is terribly annoying when i'm coding or typing a large file).

Earlier yesterday when investigating the problem in the Synapse software I notce that I was using a different profile (not the one that I had personally created). After switching profiles the right arrow key began to work again without a charm! One click and it moves the cursor!...10 minutes later it begins to malfunction again -__-. So now I am not sure if it's a hardware or software problem. I might uninstall Synapse and see if the key begins to function properly.

All my other keys work fine except for this one key! Anyone have a fix or experiencing a similar event?

Can you re program every key on your keyboard? its possible your default profile has it programmed as something else and so it doesnt do the normal function. I've noticed razers products tend to not stick to one profile even if you change it manually so just ensure your arrow key is not set to something else!
Hope this helps!

I have checked 9001 times in all profiles. The right arrow key is only mapped to be as the default right arrow key :l

I have just tried programming the right arrow key to go up instead of right. It has the same behavior as when programmed to go right. I think that this means that the issue is coming from the keyboard itself instead of the software.
But that still won't explain why it began working yesterday after I switched profiles...

it could be some for of a glitch in your drivers. Try disabling the razer drivers in the device manager and just using the default windows drivers

I don't think I would trust the Synapse software in this case. It may be something getting screwed up on the Razer side for their cloud servers.

Uninstalling drivers didn't help.
I guess for now i'll use the right arrow(6) on the number pad for now.

Yeah I wouldnt trust it either. Synapse can be very glitchy.

For the OP I'd suggest trying the keyboard on another computer, maybe a laptop (without any razer stuff installed). If it works fine there then you'll know its software and we can go from there. if it has the same issue then it is most likely a hardware defect

I had issues with the Synapse on my KB BWU

Don't bother with synapse and give up on those other keys it's sad and weak of razer to implement their Keys as 2 MOUSE controllers

Idk what my cause for the issue was, but it fixed itself eventually :P
