Intel Core i5 4570 or i5 4670K?

Should i get the i5 4570 or i5 4670k? I'm getting a new PC very, very soon and i need to pick one of these so what do you think?

This PC will probably be the computer that will last me for the next 5 years

if you plan on overclocking or go with a z87 board, get the 4670k

If you plan it to last 5 years then go with 4670K and Z87 board, gives you additional power with overclocking and makes the PC remain competitive longer.

i5 4670k or i7 4770k

i5 4670K or FX 8320/8350. Either way you want the option to overclock if you plan to keep it that long because at some point down the road you might need that extra power.

if you can afford an fx 8000+ you can get an i5

I think multi-treading/OCing is the way to go. i7 4770k all day long. More games are using all those cores and you are going to need to OC down the road.
