superglue'ing a corsair h100i to prevent leaks
will superglue'ing the areas where leaks might occur prevent leaks?
I had a friend who had the h100i and said it worked extremely well but it leaked after a while

edit : also, if you are using this cooler, can you tell me how long you have used it without it leaking or if it leaked after x amount of time?

It could help. I personally like gorilla glue.

yeah it should be fine if your worried about leaks. Make sure that the glue is rated for high enough temperatures
turns out like all polyurethane glues, gorilla glue foams when in contact with moisture

any suggestions for a heat proof and waterproof superglue?
Something like an epoxy would probaly work the best. Its water/heat resistant and is very strong
Why not use something like silicone caulk? After all it's purpose is to seal things up so water can't get in or out.
epoxy is your best bet

Caulk would work probably as well but it would be much harder to get a good seal and keep it clean as it is thicker.
Hasn't Corsair got a five year warranty?I'm sure mine has on the H80.
I guess epoxy could work but not very flexible ,caulking Dynaflex 230 has an adhesive property as well as remains flexible, for threaded applications there are silicone tape and grease.
Super glue is not intended to be a liquid sealant, it's an adhesive. The tubing on that unit is heat-sealed and that unit has composite rubber, so you should probably use something like this

However, I don't know the PSI of the liquid to ensure the pressure for adhesion isn't exceeded.
Warranty again?
go to a car parts store and buy some silicone radiator sealant,is designed for seal leaks and suports high temps
See you!!!!!!

Warranty again?

While their warranty does cover replacement or compensation for damaged components, I don't know that I would trust it too far.
I hope it works for you but I just think a replacement is in order if you have a problem. If you haven't damaged it yourself then I have never heard a bad thing against Corsairs warranty.I hope you solve the issue soon anyway.
