Critical Process died BSOD Windows 10
Upgraded to Windows 10 a few days ago and have had many BSOD that say critical process died. It has died at random times, including while using steam though I doubt steam has anything with it, and the only consistent thing seems to be that 5-10 minutes before crash start button and Cortana stop working. I have tried several things; cleared temporary and dump files, didnt help, used command prompt to check files, it said that it found errors but couldn't fix it. Running out of ideas to try, any help would be useful.

A few interesting lines from file check that couldn't solve errors-

Doesnt happen in-game, mostly when I havent been doing much.
I would revert back to the previous OS; ensure that is all working properly; then try a Win10 Clean Install via the MS Win10 Media Creation Tool.
Run chkdsk. Type “chkdsk” and press enter to run a check on the current drive without fixing any errors.

To run chkdsk and fix errors, type “chkdsk c:/f” Replace “c” with the drive letter you would like to fix.
To run chkdsk and fix errors, locate sectors and retrieve data, type “chkdsk c:/r” Replace “c” with the drive letter you would like to fix.
You may be prompted to restart if the drive is in use. If prompted, press Y to accept.
