Does my screen resolution affect AA?
Hello all, call me greedy for graphics, but this is something that is bothering me. On all my games, with max AA, it is noticebly better than with No AA. But i still see some jagged edges and I feel like its not doing all it can do. I run with a GTX 970 on an HD TV at 1366x760. Does this resolution say, have less AA(more jagged egdes) than on a screen at 1920x1080p?

Thanks

dpi is used for printers ect..
not monitors
I know that but sellers or manufacturers of phones, tablets, monitors and TV's don't give a s*it, they use all these terms and mostly dpi for home electronics and for phones ppi and dpi.

dpi/ppi has become the black sheep of electronics to fool the buyer, same goes for dynamic contrast s*it and many other things to fool the buyer too think it's better.

Sorry for straying of original op's question.

Thankyou for the help, try not to get into an arguement like in every thread maybe ?
Anyways, I'm with this 32 inch LG TV because I dont really want to go out and spend $500 NZD on a decent monitor of a decent size.

The problem you have is you're running a larger screen with a smaller resolution. The larger the screen at a given resolution, the more area per square inch each pixel fills. That is referred to as pixel pitch. AA can only do so much to make the pixel to pixel transition smooth.
