It does not say anything usefull. bus width is the most they say, and that means literally nothing.
As GTX 760s are 256-bit (unless OEM or otherwise modified)
Seriously; it caught my eye right away and seeing that would be enough to know to stay away from it.
I'm sorry that happened to you. The price is too cheap too. 46 Euro is roughly 50 US Dollars.
A GTX 650 and 660 go for more than this on Ebay, even at it's low price points.
Same for if u look up even a used 256-bit GTX 760 2gb
If it's not too late report it to your credit card company and file the paperwork to reverse the charges. That should get you your money back and you can offer the seller to either have the card picked up by courier at their expense within 30 days or that you will throw it in the garbage.
That's what I'd do if possible and I think it's fair and honorable as long as it IS fake.
Also about fake GPUs:

Yea folks; u gotta watch out for that kind of thing.
Avoid anything from China on Ebay; and 3rd party sellers on places like Newegg or Amazon.
I'm not 100% bashing those; but in any case, u need to really understand what you buy, otherwise if the seller covers their end well, it might be on you; not them.
Anyway, it's not really worth sending back, and doing a chargeback or something to ebay could lock me out from ever buying from them again so i will not do that either.
I think i will just keep it as a backup if any of our pc's burn out a gpu. Whatever that card is, it's still much better than any integrated graphics thats for sure. But ofc, if i knew how bad it was, i could have bought a used gtx560 or something for that price instead.
