Logitech G930 Wireless Headset Power Off Fix
I picked up a G930 two weeks ago and a problem with turning off on its own plagued me until last night when I found this little gem...

After much research here is the sure fire way to stop auto shut off. Turn off the LGS in the taskbar.

navigate to the folder locaiton C:\Program Files\Logitech Gaming Software\Resources\G930\Manifest

change this line from
battery turnOffInterval="900"

to
battery turnOffInterval="0"

turn the LGS back on.

This will stop the G930 from auto shutting off until a fix.

You will need to copy the file to another directory to edit it if using Win 7 then copy back to the original folder. I also highly suggest backing up the original file if things go south. I hope this saves more people from the pain of this software defect for an awesome headset.

This seems to make the software insanely laggy, and barely responsive to any input from the headset

Wroked as a charm, thank you(pretty stupid of Logitech not to fix this issue on drivers yet)

it said access denied when I saved. Please help. Usually when I stop charging it it stops, but only if it is charged, and considering it doesn't have great battery life, that's not very often. when charging, every 1-2 minutes it urns off for a couple seconds then turrns back on.

Thank you very much DJ Ray-Ray, this fixed my issue. You saved me from having to buy a new headset.
I changed the value for battery turnOffInterval= to 120 and my headset turned off three times in a row in just under 3 min. So I switched it to 0 and used my G930s for three and a half hours with no problems.

Note: You can copy the manifest file to your desktop, update the battery turnOffInterval value to 0 and then copy it back and tell Windows to overwrite the file or you can open Notepad/Notepad++ in administrator mode and then use it to open the file and save the changes directly to the original file.
