Mouse keeps disconnecting when I lift it

My mouse keeps disconnecting when I lift it and sometimes randomly for a few seconds usually between 3 to 10 seconds and then starts working again, the light is always on. At first I tought it was a problem with the mouse but then I bought a second one and the same problem keeps happening, every other USB device works properly except for the mouse. Sometimes I also get this message saying that the USB device isn't recognized. Plz help. Thanks.

Try reinstalling any drivers that came with your mouse and try plugging it into another USB port. (USB 2.0 / 3.0 / 3.1)

Just for giggles have you tried other USB ports..verified the integrity of the mouse cable, that's its not pinched, damaged? Is it a name brand mouse, if so can you go to their site to see if there are firmware updates? In Device Manager do you show any USB hub errors?

Nothing is broke, everything seems to be working fine I believe the problema could be related to the drivers. Sometimes it randomly starts installing "Unidentified Devices" or "Unknown Devices" and fails, others I get a yellow triangle with the message "USB Device isn't recognized". The mouse is fine I bought it 2 days ago and no it's not branded.

Yea that means either the mouse or usb port if at fault; when the the device keeps disconnecting/reconnecting.

Return it, it's obvious a piece of junk. Or try other USB ports.
