Dell optiplex 330 cpu upgrade

My Dell optiplex 330 has a G31/33 chipset.I have a Intel core 2 duo E4400 @ 2.00ghz.I want to get a core 2 quad, or possibly a really good core 2 duo.One thing though, it has to be at least 3.0ghz to play Dark Souls prepare to die edition.

update bios for newer cpu support

The bios update is only for xp and vista. I use windows 7.

it should extract a bin file, save it to a usb stick, and boot to bios and update bios, select the usb stick, and update
