Best gpu for a 430 watt psu

hi guys i just need to upgrade currently running a gt 610 its been a while and i need to upgrade problem is i have a cx builder series 430 watt power supply, what is the best most powerful gpu i could get that can run on my psu? thanks all

If you get a GTX 960 or GTX 970 I think it will bottleneck your dual core Pentium cpu.
Great combo would be:
i5 4690k + Geforce GTX 970 with a 430-450W PSU.
But it would make more sense if you'd choose your gpu first, calculate the total wattage and then choose a psu accordingly.

G3258 wont bottleneck GTX 960 or 970, running GTX 970 might be kinda borderline for this PSU since it has only one PCI-E connector and you would need molex to PCI-E adapter for second connector.
GTX 960 only needs one PCI-E connector from PSU.
If you want to use GTX 970 it would be better to swap the PSU.

depends on the game

g3258 is capable of maxing a gtx970 for games that need 2 cores or fx4

not much of a hardcore gamer just your typical "free-to-play" player, the g3258(overclocked @4.2) suffices my needs just took the intel way for future upgrades. anyways thanks for the help all now ill shop for a 960! :D
