Steam with DVORAK keyboard layout

So I just purchased a DVORAK keyboard and I'm excited to start learning. I switched the layout on my operating system to DVORAK, and it works fine if I'm using it in Word or in Chrome. Unfortunetly when I opened steam I found it still acted as if I was using a QWERTY keyboard.

I have yet to find an option in steam to switch my layout. Anyone know how to deal with this?

Nevermind, I figured it out. Steam just needed a restart.

For Steam (like other apps) it shouldn't matter; the OS should dictate this.
