Then buy an actual professional headphones. Not a headset w/ mic.

Lapel clip on mic are cheap and would be much better.

Avoid wireless or BT headsets for PC period if you care about audio quality and control.

If using onboard Realtek HD Audio, stick to analog 3.5mm headphones that are 80ohm or less.

Arctis Pro is the #1 headset for gaming that isn't in the $600+ budget for audiophiles.

You need to download Steelseries Engine and make sure your device is set up properly. Also, if using Arctis Pro you should have the GameDAC to make changes to the audio to your preference. If you didn't pick up a GameDAC consider getting one as the Arctis Pro is made to work with that.

I dont have the game dac cause i didn't want to jump over the 200 dollar range budget. But i made sure i did it properly i literally have no clue what to do i had friends who have similar headsets as in they have steel series dont know what to do and they don't know either.
If you want to you can add me on steam or on discord and if you can assist me with it that would be nice

Well, I've only ever used mine with GameDAC, so I can't speak about what to do without one. The Pro in particular was pretty much made with the GameDAC in mind from what I read before picking mine up.

The worst problem for me is that the steel series engine doesn't even work on my computer and i have no clue what to do i did test it on a different computer and it did make minor changes and i was able to hear it but on mine nothing happens and i have no clue why

Would help to search the product on Youtube and review how to install and configure it. It's not hard, plenty of walk-throughs and overviews.

How is your headset connected exactly?

What you mean found nothing?

I simply Google: arctis pro
And plenty of helpful videos are all right there.

And again...

How exactly is your headset connected?
Amd did you go and make that device the default in Windows and any apps you use, such as Discord or similar. As apps like Discord, Skype, TeamSpeak as well as Streaming apps like OBS or SLOBS allow the user to manually pick everything, regardless of what Windows OS is set to for default.

The videos talk about different problems nothing to do that will help. most of them just repeat the problems which is like try uninstalling drivers which i already did and stuff like that

Well I don't doubt the problems.
Gaming branding = junk

You can buy professional headphones for around 250 usd

the sound quality is amazing... With GameDAC which puts it at about the 250 USD mark. Basically you spend the same either way.

Well then I'd look at this way...

Return it and go back to the G933
Or buy the GaneDAC for it.
