I tried using the 3600MHz RAM and it wouldn't display anything despite being 'compatible' so 3000 or 3200 should work fine
You can look up how similar systems score on benchmarks compared to other combos on 3DMark
You can find the links and do the benchmark yourself with instructions from this thread

Ok so think long game here.... for now the 3600 is a decent chip but it might not last as long as you want it to, if this is the case it will leave you in a position where you may have to buy a new motherboard to upgrade your CPU to something that suits your need, if you go with a B550 for slightly more cash then you will have better upgrade options without needing a new Mobo, just my 2 cents, of course if you think it is not worth it then that is up to you.
But now, the combo is pretty decent right? i was looking for a i5 9400f but it´s mobo is just ridiculous in price
