Fnatic Software problem

My little bro has a Fnatic keyboard and for some reason the software is no longer on his PC , but when he tries to download it Windows Defender stops it from installing saying there is a threat, i have just tried to install it my end and AVG stops it downloading also, surly if this is from Fnatic website it should be safe, anybody any ideas.

if you are 10000% sure its not malware you can add exceptions to defender and avg

but most keyboard software is not needed, unless it has macros or other features you want to use

He wants it to control the RGB its just epileptic at the moment and does not seem to have multiple presets like my Glorious does.

No idea lol, he just tried it again for like the 20th time and it worked, maybe he clicked something different i don't know, he is new to PC so.... but its working so all good.
