Something strange with mouse polling rate
I have set polling rate of my "Tt ESports Black Element" to 1000 Hz, but when I try to monitor it with "Mouse Movement Recorder" I've got this:

It seems like when I stop to move my mouse intensively, driver stops to poll it completely, and then takes it time to heat up back to 1000 Hz. IMO, this is very bad behavior for gaming, especially FPS.
Is it normal?

I've seen this issue occur under Win8/8.1 but not Vista/Win7; strange.
See if your mouse software (as I am not familiar with it) has a setting for "Dynamic" and/or "Static/Fixed" in related to polling rate settings.

Also see if it helps to go into Control Panel > Mouse > Pointer Options and un-tick the box for "Enhance Pointer Precision" and apply; which should be disable when changing polling rates / dpi.
