A Z87 or Z97 ATX board is better than H87 or H97 microATX. It depends on what CPU you're getting (Haswell or Haswell refresh). The Z97 Haswell refresh boards can also take the non-refresh CPUs, but the Z87 boards need a bios update for refresh CPUs.
Well i'm suppose to be getting The Intel Core i5 4690K processor which is brand new I suppose?
So what they are both good? I need to pick one argh! ;D

I wanna get a k CPU so I can overclock it and make it future proof :)
The Asus Maximus VII Hero Z97 is a very good board.
As mentioned, since you are getting a K CPU you'll want a Z motherboard as those are designed with overclocking in mind.
Broadwells are said to be 1150 socket CPU's that require H97 or Z97 chipset motherboard, doesnt really sound like soldered CPU's.
Yeah but before haswell came out, there were a lot of rumors that haswell would be the last lga cpu intel will make.
