You need to make sure it will fit fine in your case tho. Some people have trouble closing the side panel after installing a tall heatsink cooler.
However what you need to be careful with is if your RAM must install into that 1st DIMM closest to the CPU, a heatsink like the EVO will more than likely block the 1st DIMM unless u have Low-Profile RAM. To avoid this small issue, but still get the same level of cooling, go for the newly designed Hyper T4 instead. Same price as the Hyper 212 EVO, but a slighly smaller footprint on the width of the heatsink, thus won't block the 1st DIMM slot.

A ♥♥♥♥ one.
the gemini is too small for a 125w cpu
You'll have about 1in clearance between side panel and top of heatsink with such installed cooler in that case. Hyper T4 is better choice, as I already know that a Hyper212 would block DIMM #1 on that motherboard. > http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103182
Gemini types are made for 95W and lower CPUs or for those who NEED a low-profile cooler of that caliber in a tighter space, like a small HTPC setup.
but still pleanty of clearance
\/ what bad says, the access hole in the v3 isnt very large, and will be difficult to install when its in the case
easier to install the cpu/ram/cooler in the mobo out of the case, then mount the mobo in the case
