120g ssd is kinda small for os and many programs

cpu is bga, which is soldered on the mobo, not upgradable
dula core with ht, 1.5-1.9 turbo (not all cpus will hit max turbo)
if you want a gaming notebook with touchscreen
it will cost $1000+
Even so, that doesn't seem too bad for $500, just don't expect to used such a PC for gaming. Even a desktop at $500 could not be a good gaming PC.
are you looking for a tablet? Because the surface 2 pro is much better.
