RunDLL Error On Start up
When I start up my computer, every time there is a window with the caption RunDLL Error, and then the message states something like Error finding C:\PROGRA~3\ and theres more but I can't remember it all. It does end in a .jss though. I'm not sure what this is and how I can fix this. Also, I want to know of a better Internet Security/Anti-Virus that's not an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ or resource hog like Norton.

Sounds like u have something in Registry pointing to something that might no longer exist.
Just to be safe though; double check your StartUp for the list of apps and see if something that was removed from your system is still listed in Windows StartUp.

And also run some scans with good anti-spyware software.

> Malwarebytes (Free Edition)
> Spybot S&D
> SuperAntiSpyware (Free Edition)

If u want a good paid AV Suite; look at Kaspersky or ESET NOD32
Even with better AV Suite, u should still have the 3 programs above; at the very least; but good to have other manual scanners. As no single software going to cover all bases and/or catch everything.

Ok, so when I start up Malwarebytes and try to scan, it says it gets a C+ Runtime Database Error or something, then closes the program. :\

Yeah, I tried re-installing Malwarebytes, restarting my computer and such but it still keeps happening.

That will be the Program Data folder, .jss is java script.

Maybe update/reinstall Java. Could go into Run command, enter: msconfig & check the startup processes. Can Disable all but Microsoft if it helps troubleshoot.
