Only the blue ones are 3.0, which need a driver. The black USB are 1.1/2.0; which Windows would already have a driver for.

However u may lose connection if u are trying to do that via a USB device (Keyboard, Mouse) so I would suggest doing it via a PS/2 Mouse if u can.
To manually remove/uninstall the USB Hubs & Devices; you do this via Device Manager. Then double click on "Universal Serial Bus Controllers" and uninstall each of the "Standard Enhanced PCI to USB Host Controller" this will ultimately uninstall any USB 1.1/2.0 Ports, Hubs, and connected devices. I suggest having your Case Power Button setup as "Shutdown System when pressed" under Power Profile; in case u lose the ability to use your Keyboard and/or Mouse; after uninstalling the USB Controllers; you could simply press the power button to properly shutdown the system. After rebooting and entering Windows normally; it should auto-reinstall all the USB Ports, Hubs, Devices again.
If you continue to have such issues; verify your OS files via running Command Prompt (as Admin) and typing "SFC /SCANNOW" (without the quotes)
Be sure to update to latest BIOS version 2501 at some point also; as that fixed various USB issues with that motherboard, along with various other issues related to overall system stability.
As for other drivers; please ensure you are using the ones made for your OS + Version (32bit or 64bit).
You should have these for drivers:
