Oh and keep in mind, if you already have a computer for internet browsing at home, just upgrade it. And if that computer is already decent then choose the Xbox One. Good Luck!

Little over budget, but he was willing to go with i5 now instead of getting i3 now and upgrade to i5 later. Overall decent I think for the pricing.
